At Epiks, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with your merchandise, you may return it for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Please check sizing and fit on your dog indoors prior to outdoor usage. We cannot accept damaged or soiled items. Epiks reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion. Returns will receive a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges are made at no additional cost to you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. It is recommended that you send your return via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation.

All returns/exchanges must be given a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Items returned without an RMA# are subject to refusal. Please include a copy of your invoice and notate the reason for return or exchange.
